Professor Zhu Quan is Executive Director and Chief Scientist of Consun Pharmaceutical Group and the General Manager of Consun’s subsidiary Guangzhou Consun Drug Research Co., Ltd., primarily responsible for science and technology innovation and products research and development.

Professor Zhu has over 30 years of experience in medical education and research and over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. He was the former Deputy Director of the Medicine College of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Director and doctoral supervisor of National Standardization Laboratory for Chinese Herbal Pharmacology (國家規范化中藥藥理實驗室). Professor Zhu also served as an expert of Science & Technology Commission of Ministry of Education(國家教育部科學技術委員會), an assessment expert of Department of Life Science of National Natural Science Foundation(國家自然科學基金生命科學部) and a drug evaluation expert of Jiangsu Province and the People's Republic of China.

Professor Zhu graduated from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Academy (now known as the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in November 1981 and received a master's degree in traditional Chinese medicine. He has served as a professor and doctoral supervisor at Macau University of Science and Technology (澳門科技大學) since September 2003. Professor Zhu joined Consun in August 2006.

Mr. Tang Ning is Executive Director and Vice President of Consun Pharmaceutical Group and Vice General Manager of Consun’s subsidiary Yulin Pharmaceutical, primarily responsible for sales channels management and marketing of medical contrast media.

Mr. Tang joined Consun in July 1998 as Business Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and President Assistant. He has been Vice President since June 2011 and Executive Director since June 1, 2018.

Mr. Tang graduated from Hunan University of Commerce (湖南商學院) in June 1986, majoring in marketing.

Mr. Zhou Shangwen is Vice President of Consun Pharmaceutical Group, primarily responsible for marketing of kidney diseases medicines of South China and marketing of women’s and children’s medicines across the country.

Mr. Zhou joined Consun in April 2004 as Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and President Assistant. He has been Vice President since July 2013.

Mr. Zhou graduated from Beijing Medical University (北京醫科大學) (now known as Peking University Health Science Centre (北京大學醫學部)) in July 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in mental health.

Mrs. Fang Lanfen is Vice President of Consun Pharmaceutical Group, primarily responsible for policy affairs and marketing of Rx.

Mrs. Fang joined Consun in July 1999 as Business Manager, Regional Marketing Manager, Marketing Director. She has been Vice President since July 2013. She was appointed as a member of the First Expert Committee for Chinese Medicine Development and Research for Kidney Disease of China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine(中國中藥協會第一屆腎病中藥發展研究專業委員會) in August 2016.

Mr. Fang Peicheng is President Assistant and Financial Director of Consun Pharmaceutical Group, primarily responsible for financial management.

Mr. Fang joined Consun in August 2010 as Audit Manager, Audit and Legal Director. He has been President Assistant since January 2015 and Director of Consun’s subsidiary Consun Pharmaceutical (Inner Mongolia) Co. Ltd since August 2018.

Mr. Fang graduated from Nan Hua College of Industry and Commerce (南華工商學院), majoring in Accounting Computerization in July 2002 and graduated from China University of Petroleum (Eastern China) (中國石油大學(華東)) Accounting Profession with a bachelor’s degree in management in July 2008. Mr. Fang has the Audit Professional Qualification Certificate (Intermediate) granted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China (中華人民共和國人力資源和社會保障部). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Mr. Gao Haien is Board Secretary and Joint Company Secretary of Consun Pharmaceutical Group and Director and Board Secretary of Consun’s subsidiary Yulin Pharmaceutical, primarily responsible for the board of directors, shareholders conferences and securities related matters.

Mr. Gao joined Consun in August 2007 as the Board Secretary. Mr. Gao has been the legal representative of Consun’s subsidiaries Guangzhou Consun Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd, Consun Pharmaceutical (Inner Mongolia) Co. Ltd and Inner Mongolia Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd since March 2013. Mr. Gao has been Director of Consun’s subsidiary Consun Pharmaceutical (Inner Mongolia) Co. Ltd since August 2018.

Mr. Gao graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering in 1992 and a bachelor's degree in economics in 1994. He obtained his MBA from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2012. Mr. Gao has Securities Professional Qualification Certificate (Level 2) issued by the Securities Association of China and Board Secretary Qualification Certificate issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He is also a member of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.

Mr. Yau Chi Ming is Joint Company Secretary of Consun Pharmaceutical Group, primarily responsible for secretarial matters.

Mr. Yau has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Mr. Yau joined Consun in March 2013 as Company Secretary. Mr. Yau once worked at an international audit firm from August 1992 to November 1994 and from May 1995 to October 2012.

Mr. Yau graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Mr. Yau is a certified public accountant and a senior member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Guo Guorong is mainly responsible for the daily affairs management of Yulin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. He joined Consun in November 2012 as Production Director. In July 2016, he served as Executive Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Yulin Pharmaceutical Group. In July 2018, he served as Chairman and General Manager of Guangxi Yulin Pharmaceutical Group. He has nearly 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Mrs. Chen Lianhui is mainly responsible for the daily affairs management of Consun Pharmaceutical (Inner Mongolia) Co. Ltd. She joined Consun in March 2001 and served as Deputy Manager of Quality Management Department, Logistics Director and General Manager of Inner Mongolia successively. In August 2018, she served as Chairman and General Manager of Consun Pharmaceutical (Inner Mongolia) Co. Ltd. She has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Liu Shouke is mainly responsible for the marketing strategies and promotion of Yulin Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. He joined Yulin Pharmaceutical in September 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
